When you get chickenpox, for example, you are immune to natural chickenpox for life and pose no danger to anybody. Ironically, vaccinated people carrying the new diseases are the danger. They have permanent immunity to nothing and may infect people who are immune to the natural disease but not the …

Weekly mood changes can be correlated with the work pattern of a seven-day week.

Many migraine patients have depression and headaches during the weekend. This is called relaxation headache, and the migraine sufferer may therefore never get to rest and evolves into the “Type A” personality that seldom relaxes-the workaholic.

Excessive stress may dissipate all zinc and B6 so that the person becomes pyroluric and has excessive mood swings. They are easily …

Vitamin D – Pills are nearly pointless.

You absorb only 40% from the Vitamin D pills or less. This is a big reminder to me, super white self, to get my booty out in the sun

critically important is that isolated Vitamin-D supplements kill vitamin A stores!

If you happen to have darker skin you’ll need to stay in the sun longer to get the same effects. The darker you are the longer,  but not until you get burnt.

Don’t use Peppermint and Eucalyptus with babies!

Definitely diluted if for some reason you feel it necessary. Peppermint’s menthol can cause seizures.

I’m surprised I never found this out before and thankfully only had peppermint diffused/diluted for my 8 year old.

Over 6 is usually good and ratio should be still quite diluted.

A good alternative, spearmint. It does have some menthol but not as much. We just recently got the book :

Black Currant helps for seeing in the dark

“Black Currants May Help You See Better in the Dark
