critically important is that isolated Vitamin-D supplements kill vitamin A stores!
If you happen to have darker skin you’ll need to stay in the sun longer to get the same effects. The darker you are the longer, but not until you get burnt.
The best time to get sun is 10am – 3pm. When your shadow is shorter than your height.
These times are when the sun is at the perfect angle for UVA and UVB exposure.
This may go without saying but NO sunscreen. Sunscreen is toxic.
